• Actual prices, availability, and offerings at a station may differ from what is shown on the Site.
• We do not guarantee that any price or promotion displayed online will be available at a specific time or location.

You should always check the price posted at the pump or inside the store at the time of purchase.

5.User submissions and inquiries

The Site may include forms to contact us, inquire about advertising, request fleet pricing, or send other messages.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit.
• You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

In no event will our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Site exceed one hundred dollars (USD $100).

11.Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

12.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you agree to the updated Terms.
